How do I find the right size?

We want to make it quick and easy for you to find your perfect size. Check out our Size Advisor or contact us by phone or email for some personal advice. Our customer service team is here for you Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (CET)!

  • Size advisor

    • For many products, you will find a link to our “Size Advisor” above the size selection on the product detail page. A separate window will open, where you will be shown the dimensions of the article you are interested in – we always use size M as a guide. Furthermore, you will find an international size chart as well as a guide to correctly determine your personal measurements.

      A fit assistant is also available for jackets, which you can use to determine the length of the model that suits you. We use a body height of approx. 1.80 m as a guide here. Our Size Advisor for jacket lengths can be found on the product detail page under “Size” and also under “Fit”.

      Please note that the Size Advisor is not available for the product group accessories.

What does Organic Cotton mean?

Organic cotton is grown from natural, non-GMO seeds and does not contain any pesticides. Not only is this more comfortable for the skin, but organic cotton also lasts longer than conventional cotton, thanks to its high quality. Since nature inspires us to create our styles, its preservation is especially close to our hearts. The use of organic cotton is one of the ways in which we do our bit to ensure sustainable production.

What does Eco Cashmere mean?

A second life for one of the world's finest natural fibres: the high quality of fine cashmere is predestined to be recycled and thus to reduce waste. For the eco-cashmere we use, pre-owned cashmere is carefully sorted, processed and, together with newly obtained fibres, spun into luxurious knitting yarn. We work exclusively with spinning mills in Italy, saving on transport and CO2 emissions – just one of the high standards of our own sustainability philosophy.
